Matt is the pastor of Ignite Hope.  He has been in the primary leadership role of this church since 2016.  Previously, he pastored Salem Free Methodist Church.  Before that, he served as youth pastor in Idaho.

He and his wife, Jen, have three teenage sons.

Charlies is a worship team leader and Church Board delegate to the Oregon Free Methodist Conference.

Charlie has a Master's degree in Education and teaches at a Lebanon middle school.

Mark is a worship leader and administrator of Ignite Hope's digital presence.

Mark has been studying the Hebraic context of the Bible for over 20 years.  He has been in bi-vocational ministry for about 12 years.  He and his wife, Wendy, have homeschooled their ten children (three still at home).

Jo is the leader of our children's "Godly Play" ministry.
